I can imagine how you feel like a weight has lifted. I like the saying “not my circus, not my monkeys” I try to keep focussed on who needs what I have to share not “who am I to think I can teach anything” its a daily process.

I love the saying ‘promote what you love instead of bashing what you hate” – if we put energy into those things we don’t want to see in the world we are simply feeding them more. So let’s feed the things we believe and love and want to see manifested in this world!

I love this video blog Jasmine!! So true and such a beautiful reminder to promote what you love, thank you!! There has been too much bashing of Health Coaches recently and it seems to be by two types of people 1. people who do actually understand what a health coach is and 2. other health care professionals that seem to be uncomfortable with other people wanting to help heal the world in a holistic way.
